For lunging, aggression or distress when left alone, work with your veterinarian or a qualified behavior professional. A chew cannot replace a tailored behavior plan.
My dog's fussy. Will they actually eat it?
Our chicken-flavored soft chews are easy to offer by hand or with a meal. Preferences vary, so we can't promise every dog will love them.

Each chew combines L-theanine, chamomile, valerian root, magnesium and passionflower.
L-theanine has been studied for calming support in dogs.
Is it safe for my dog?
Re-Treat Calm is intended for dogs 6 months and older. Because the formula contains melatonin, drowsiness can occur. Consult your veterinarian before use if your dog is pregnant, nursing, intended for breeding, takes medication or has a health condition.

Re-Treat Calm is designed to fit into a consistent wellness routine. Its formula brings together botanical ingredients, L-theanine, magnesium citrate and a relaxation blend containing valerian root, L-tryptophan and melatonin. Use it alongside an appropriate routine and individual veterinary advice when needed.
Will my dog enjoy the taste?
Our soft chews are chicken-flavoured and easy to offer as part of a daily routine. Every dog has their own preferences, so we can't promise every picky eater will love them. If your dog refuses them, contact our team for help.
How long until I notice a difference?
Every dog responds differently, so there is no guaranteed timeline or behavioural result. Follow the product directions consistently and keep track of changes in rest and behaviour. If concerns continue or worsen, speak to your vet rather than increasing the serving.
Will it make my dog sleepy?
The formula contains melatonin as part of its relaxation blend, so drowsiness can occur. Every dog responds differently. If your dog seems unusually sleepy or you notice another unexpected change, stop use and contact your vet.

How many chews should I give, and when?
For dogs 6 months and older, use the following daily serving based on body weight:

Start with half of the suggested daily amount and gradually increase as directed. The total daily amount can be split between morning and evening; do not give the full daily amount at both times. Do not exceed the recommended serving.
Can I use them every day?
Re-Treat Calm is intended to fit into a daily wellness routine. Follow the serving and frequency instructions on the pack, and review your dog's response over time. Ask your vet about ongoing use if your dog has a health condition or takes medication.
Can I give them alongside medication or other supplements?
Check with your vet before combining products. Share the full ingredient list and everything your dog already takes, including other calming supplements. Natural ingredients can still interact with medicines.
What is the minimum age for use?
Re-Treat Calm is for dogs 6 months and older. Do not give it to dogs younger than 6 months. Ask your vet first if your dog has a health condition, takes medication, or is pregnant, nursing or intended for breeding. The label states that safe use in pregnant or breeding animals has not been established.
What if my dog has allergies or a sensitive stomach?
Review the complete product label with your vet before use if your dog has a known allergy or sensitive digestion. The label specifically advises caution for pets allergic to fish, egg yolk or other ingredients. If your dog develops a reaction or their condition worsens, stop use and contact your vet.
Do the chews replace training or veterinary care?
No. Re-Treat Calm is an addition to your dog's routine, not a replacement for positive training or veterinary care. Persistent or sudden changes in behaviour deserve individual attention, because there can be more than one cause.
How long will one jar last?
Each jar contains 100 soft chews. At the full recommended daily serving, one jar lasts:

How should I store the chews?

Where do you ship, and how long does delivery take?
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are excluded.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after payment confirmation by our fulfilment partner in China. Estimated transit time is 4–6 business days after dispatch, excluding public holidays. Carrier or customs delays may affect delivery.

What if the product isn't right for my dog?
You can request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging with all seals intact. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee for opened or used products.
Contact us before sending a return. Change-of-mind return shipping is your responsibility. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are handled separately, and opening the product does not automatically invalidate a legitimate claim. See the full return and refund policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact.retreatpet@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; eligible products can be returned under our return policy.
