Orders and payment

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Prices are in US dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are disclosed before payment. If we cannot fulfill an order because of availability, an error or another legitimate issue, we will contact you and refund payment for any items we cannot supply. We will not increase the price of an existing order without your agreement.

Cancellations, delivery and returns

You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us with your order number. After dispatch, eligible products can be returned under our Return and Refund Policy. Our Shipping Policy explains eligible destinations, costs and estimated delivery times. These policies form part of the purchase terms.
